Privacy Policy

We take your privacy and your patients' privacy seriously. This policy explains what data we collect, how we use it, and how we protect it.

Last updated: January 2026

Shifaa Technologies operates 3yadti (clinic management system) and myHealth (patient health tracking app). This privacy policy applies to both products and to our website at shifaatechnologies.com. By using our products, you agree to the practices described here.

1. What Data We Collect

3yadti — Clinic Management

  • Patient names, contact information, and medical records you enter into the system
  • Appointment and visit history
  • Doctor/clinic account information (name, phone number, clinic name)
  • Usage analytics to improve the product (no patient data is included)

myHealth — Patient App

  • Account information: name, email address
  • Health data you log: glucose readings, HbA1c results, medications, and reminders
  • Onboarding information: health condition, diagnosis date, glucose targets
  • Device information for notifications (push token)
  • Usage analytics (anonymized, no health data included)

2. How We Use Your Data

  • To provide and maintain the core functionality of our products
  • To send medication and health reminders you configure
  • To sync your data across your devices (myHealth)
  • To contact you if you signed up for our beta program or support
  • To improve our products using anonymized, aggregated analytics — individual health records are never used for this

3. Where Your Data Lives

3yadti is an offline-first application. All patient data is stored locally on your device using IndexedDB. No patient data is uploaded to our servers unless you explicitly use an export or sync feature.

myHealth stores your health data on your device and syncs it to Firebase (Google Cloud infrastructure, EU region — eur3). Your data is encrypted in transit and at rest.

⚠️ 3yadti Beta Warning: This is a beta product. Please maintain your own external backups of all critical patient data. We are not liable for data loss during the beta period.

4. Who We Share Data With

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal data or your patients' data to any third party. Ever.

  • Firebase / Google Cloud: Used for authentication and data storage in myHealth. Governed by Google's privacy policies.
  • Vercel: Used to host our website. Only receives anonymized traffic analytics.
  • Your doctors (myHealth only): You explicitly control which doctors can view your health data. You can revoke access at any time.

5. Your Rights

You have full control over your data. Here is what you can do:

Access

Request a copy of all data we hold about you at any time.

Delete

Delete your account and all associated data permanently from within the app or by contacting us.

Export
